My experience with HealthStyles has been extremely positive. I have worked with Becky Bode for years and she has always been responsive, motivating, helpful, and interested in personalizing a plan to help me reach my goals, both personally and professionally. Becky truly provides guidance to incorporate a healthy lifestyle in all aspects. I would highly recommend HealthStyles to anyone looking for coaching to help make positive changes in their lives.

I am incredibly satisfied with my experience at HealthStyles. Becky is a caring medical profession, dedicated to following her patients' progress as they work their way to health. She's been incredibly supportive and answers emails and phone calls promptly - and at any time of day/week. I am grateful to her as she has been a large part in my progress to a better state of overall health.

I having been going to Health Styles at least monthly for the last 4 or 5 years, and I would highly recommend Dr. Bode. She has helped to make my life fuller and richer in ways I could not have achieved alone. The space she uses for counseling is nicely decorated and inviting, and Dr. Bode always makes me feel welcome and comfortable. I always look forward to my appointments with her.

I have been visiting Dr. Bode at Health Styles on and off for close to four years. She has been an invaluable resource in helping me to reach a new level of understanding and acceptance. I felt quite lost when I first started seeing her, and she has helped me set goals, create a sustainable life's purpose and has guided me to a level of self reflection that is immensely helpful and healing. I am forever grateful to her and all her hard work.
