I did CrossFit for three years and thought I would have no problem with Pilates, barre, spin or yoga. Was I ever wrong. It's a total body work out, very challenging and I leave every class tired and feeling accomplished! I really enjoy everything B well has to offer
I went for the first time today to try out their inferred sauna. I am a fan of facia blasting and heating up your body produces better results... so I was seeking out a place just like this! Katy the owner was wonderful and showed me around and all they have to offer their clients.. lots! Kickboxing, spin, barre, healthy juice drinks, and the sauna. I loved it!
