Came in to update my eyeglasses prescription to get new lenses. Simple enough right? Turns out they ran eye tests on me so they could also charge my health insurance WITHOUT telling me they would do this. They basically double dipped into my vision and health insurance. Ended up with a copay, such shady business practices. I've been to multiple optometrist around the city and never had to deal with this kind of BS.

The service at eyepic is better then ever the people working here are super nice and friendly they are also very helpful and are professional at all times. i would recommend coming to get your eyes checked here!!

Doctor was great, the staff up front was HORRIBLE. They try to force you to buy frames, but their selection was terrible and sparse. So when I asked them to measure my eyes for glasses they first said they don’t do that, so I asked how is that possible when this is a place for glasses and prescription. She then said we only measure your eyes if you buy glasses from us. So I asked why would that be the case if I paid to get my eyes examined. I cannot say anything positive about this place. Everything about them is shady and they’re completely unorganized. Firstly, they said different prices for the basic exams + prescriptions; when I hesitated and was about to leave, the manager (?) said a lower price—which was still quite high given that the entire exam took about 5-10 mins tops. The doctor rushed in, never looked me in the eye when he talked to me, treated me like if he was doing a favor by examining me. He was impatient, negligent and inattentive. On top of e... read more
