The staff was very helpful and answered my questions.
Physical therapy needs to realize not all injuries are standard protocol. They told my provider they had someone that could help me and had experience with it. I had bad flare, doctor already told me to stop for now, and we will revisit therapy later. I have rare type of injury that requires extra caution. I am in so much pain today I am not getting around well at all. Doctor wanted inflammation control and gentle exercises, not strengthening. I'm running out of PT clinics to go to.
