Mean staff very disrespectful
Can't even get them to answer the phone to set up an appointment for my child. Iv been on hold over 20 minutes. Update i spent the entire day on Tuesday on hold and still STILL DAYS LAYER HAVE NOT SPOKEN TO YOUR PEOPLE. SARAH BUSH IS THE WORST PLACE AROUND HERE ALL OF THE FACILITIES ARE A JOKE. DO BETTER.
Came for my DOT physical got me right in, super nice people if I lived in the area this would be my place.
