Absolutely terrible experience. In many communications with them I specifically stated that I must purchase out of pocket and then be reimbursed. I also made it clear that the provider they use MUST be in network with BCBSTX in order for me to get reimbursed. Without my knowledge they then used a provider that is NOT in network - as so my insurance will not reimburse me for over $1000 in DME.
