Tried to call for support on a recessed ultrasonic cleaning unit. Wanted to see if they had a newer model that would fit the hole. Was deceived by voice prompts directing me to customer service, waited about five minutes then it says it is transferring me and then a dial tone. This happened about five times over two days. Pretty sorry customer service if you asked me. I was trying to help them sell a new product but they got to help me help them, At least a little bit.
