I made a new patient appointment with Ali. the nurse practitioner and I have to say it was one of the most awkward and disappointing medical visit I’ve ever had in my life. Across-the-board, the front desk staff, the check-in nurse, and the nurse practitioner were the most disengaged, aloof, and unfriendly medical staff that I’ve ever experienced.
