Polite staff, great doctor, very accommodating. All in all I would recommend them to my family. I was real comfortable and since my visit they have been great with updating my med refill as well. Super handy if you wanna spend more time somewhere else then the Dr office!
Dr Hynes is the best! He cares about his patients and provides the highest quality care!
Called to request refills for breathing machine today and the girl that answered the phone was extremely rude. She didn't know how to send the request to medsbymail through the VA and refused to send the message to the Dr without the address. All other offices that work with community care veterans know where to send requests. It was appalling that she flat out refused. Very disappointed.
Dr Hines is an awesome man and Doctor. He's been my physician for more than 20 years.
I enjoy my visits at Health Solutions everyone is very nice and caring, they take there time with you to find results to my problems. And Dr Hynes is a real down to earth caring doctor. He really makes you feel valued as a person.
