Treated like crap recently by my case manager. No plans for progression despite tx team recommendations over a year ago if I show stability would support me for UCR. Did not happen. Not provided copies of my quarterly tx reviews, feel kept in the dark and used. Being treated like crap on my Birthday was the last straw. Seeking a new case manager at Spanish Peaks or might be better off somewhere else completely for my outpatient services.
took my sister there who had just lost her husband and lost her place to live (all within two weeks)and is very mentally ill(bi polar and post tramatic stress disorder and has a pacemaker and heart problems) and they would not take her in as an inpatient, told me their beds were all full for males over the holiday. ..what is my sister supposed to do get depressed at another time? pitiful place and pitiful employees. had to beg the day before thanksgiving to get 7 days worth of medication for her, if you need help seek help f... read more
Hi everybody here's the deal my girlfriend and I live in a house with 56 cats and no food these people control our money when we ask for money they tell us its not allowed.when we go to therapy they don't talk about our problems they tell me I don't know how to take care of my son and my girlfriend can't take care of herself.well how are we supposed to get my son back and take care of ourselves when we're not allowed to use our money also when they put you on a mental health hold their supposed to do it in a respectful & dig... read more
They have an inpatient program that is very good. So if you have a lot going on and are severely depressed, have bad anxiety or are struggling with your mental illness then you should go get evaulated. The weekday staff are awsome and the doctors are great.
