Other than a poor Google presence it's one of the best clinics in ABQ. Edit: Still trying to recoup from this company's sudden closing and it's July! Not sure why they closed but perhaps I was just one of the lucky few who had decent psychiatric care at this clinic.
The worst. That's even being kind. This office abruptly closed because of some lawsuit as I discovered on 2-14-2018. December 2017, Dr Javier Vera was more concerned with his pending vacation, and he wanted to argue with me as to XYZ of my issues. Wasted 3 **hours** in January waiting to see him for the 2nd time (no, I didn't plan to go back, but I wasn't able to find a better doc who'd take my Medicaid insurance). Unprofessional, rude, and unreliable.
It’s been an hour and still waiting. Very unprofessional. Will be switching soon. First visit and last. Guess the patients are used to it since no one is even phased by how long they have been waiting.
Made an appointment and waited an hour and forty-five minutes to see the doctor. Was told they didn't know how much longer it would be still and that it wouldn't be soon. Got a refund and walked out.
