I've been with Alive since the '80s and have always received great service. They've financed a few cars and personal loans over the years. Everyone I've dealt with have been helpful and courteous and professional. Janet is always helpful to me.

I have been a member since 1974. I have never had a major issue that a simple phone call could not resolve. I am in Jacksonville, Fl and the Riverside branch at Blue Cross gets a 5+ when it comes to customer service. I recently found out that they are closing that branch. I will miss the reps they are the best. If I had one suggestion it would be to increase the amount that we can withdraw from the ATM in one day. There are times when I need to withdraw more than the ATM allows which makes me have to take a trip to the offic... read more
I like Alive Credit Union, been with them since 1977. Should there are some things I like to see changed, such as do away with those ACH fees for having your money deposited earlier before payday. Wish they will fall in line with Vystar Credit Union who does not charge for this service, The customer service is great! No matter what time of day I come to the Credit Union, the young lady Janet who works the drive thru window is always pleasant. Never seen this lady have a bad day. Keep smiling Janet!
