I'm very disappointed with Alive Credit by not waiving their fees during the hurricanes that the state of fl has already declared a state of emergency. Other banks waived their fees during this time. Why not Alive? I need my money to prepare for this hurricane.

Wow ...pulled cash from atm and went inside to get a roll of quarters. The teller told me NO I COULD NOT GET A ROLL because I did not have an account with them ! Unbelievable ! Just moved here from st aug and work within walking distance to this bank. Was considering bringing my business here due to zero atm fees with my other act and location ..BUT WILL NOW TAKE MY BIZ ELSEWHERE ...I will now personal go on every social media for this bank and corporate website to describe the crap service here Steven Chung 904-235-6258
Have several loans with then even. One was over the phone emergency, I was out of town. A family member passed away. That was very easy hassle free.
