My boyfriend has been trying to get HIS money for over a month every person he speaks with tells him something different. To add insult to injury the last person put him on with someone else who speaks spanish to try to convince him to leave his money in there ( his name is spanish) his english is perfect and better than his spanish! Just WOW!

Terrible customer service! Lots of roadblocks to getting issues resolved. Go elsewhere - there are lots of other choices.

Don't use this bank. Extremely Poor service. I have been a member for less then a month. I am so not happy with your bank. first you send me my debit card, but it says in a few days I will get a pin for it. that was on the 16th of this month nothing yet. I talked to someone who setup my account she told me to call the number to activate it. guess what no number to call.I sent an email via my account on the 17th for help still waiting on a response. I called the 904 number it said office is closed but if before 6pm hit this k... read more
