Even if you arrive 30 min before appointment be prepared that you will be spending lots of time just looking for a right direction to go. Instead of having an information desk at the entrance you have to ask different people, follow such paper note instructions, etc. Blood work collection office have time breaks between 10:00 - 10:30 and 12:00 - 12:30, which just ridiculous as service should be provided 24 hours for emergency care. Dr. Shane Arsenault just tells stories. He was to send the form he promised he would send off December 2, 2025 and refuses to not only send it off but will not callback. Instead I get a secretary stating it's not their fault and he will callback. It is worse than any neurologist I had in Ontario as none of them offered hope of treatment to just walk away and not provide anything but a block of Newfoundland drug coverage causing me to pay for all drugs I need to be on. This place is run down to the dirt. Honestly it's so dirty and torn and worn that it looks like it should be closing soon. Emergency visits take anywhere from 12-16 hours so if it's a true emergency prepare to possibly die in the waiting room. I've been in emergency screaming in agony and had a doctor sit down at a computer and check his email rather than come assist me. I set up an appointment with dr. Shane Arsenault back on December 1st of last year. Was promised that Id be set up for a drug trial, signed up for the newfoundland drug plan and have my blood test completed to find out what was wrong with me in addition to the autoimmune disorder that I had. Since then he's not called me once. He hasn't filed the forms for the drug trial or for my prescription drug plan to be covered.
