If I could give zero stars, I would. I came to the emergency department with a severe back injury and radiating nerve pain, only to be left waiting for more than 15 hours. Anyone with spinal pain knows that sitting for hours and trying to stand back up is pure torture, yet there is zero care or urgency from the staff. I understand hospitals are busy, but a 15+ hour wait with no clear timeline while a patient's neurological symptoms are worsening is a complete failure of the healthcare system
