Waiting for 10 hours and still couldn't see a physician with perianal pain and keep bleeding
if you can go anywhere else, I would. Nurses are very kind but the wait times are insane. When asking for an approximate time they say “well you’ve only been here 8 hours so expect to be here longer”. Crazy.
Went to the ER to figure out the pain that I have had for the last year. Knowing that there is always a wait time I arrived at 3:15 pm, checked in and was told to wait in the waiting area. Current I am still here??? It is now 8:19 in the morning and when I asked the “ambassador “ how much longer would I have to wait her response was “they don’t tell us”….so now I’m still waiting 18 hours later and no updates given. Ok-first the bad news: -you’re gonna wait a long time. I waited 6 hours to get behind the first set of doors and spent 10 hours there overall. I met others who had been there 20 hours. -the waiting room is beautiful and new-but DIRTY. There was garbage under the seats, dried spilled drink on the floor and I never saw anyone come through and sanitize anything in there. It really had me worried about the kind of care I was going to get. And I mean come on-you’ve got this great new facility-keep it clean!! Now for the good news... read more
Very disappointing experience. Waited 7–8 hours on the first day and another 8–9 hours on the second day, and still couldn’t get seen. I understand emergencies are prioritized, but waiting 15+ hours over two days is extremely frustrating. The hospital seriously needs to improve its emergency wait times and patient communication.
