The care provided for me was excellent, the staff was amazing , was explained everything very thoroughly. Would definitely recommend Salem First care to all my friends and family for their health care needs.
Absolutely comfortable environment, friendliest personalities, very attentive, professional and care.
The only people here that have any manners are the ones who take x-rays and blood work. Everyone else is very rude especially on the phone. They will harass you with text messages about your appointment confirmation and paperwork. Three different times I've had appointments where my doctor was sick and we had to reschedule. The only time they actually care about getting you into your appointment is when it's a health visit. Apparently you're not allowed to talk about any kind of ailment when you have a health visit though. T... read more
