They waited until the day before my daughters scheduled appointment to tell me that they are no longer accepting patients and that we would have to start the process over with her PCP to find an alternative. Glad they did, because after reading reviews here and elsewhere, I will never use this place for any services.
Do NOT go here if you have kids they can’t deal with kid noises and tend to be rude about it. You know you shouldn’t have a kids play area if y’all can’t handle kids playing AND if that’s the case ask your clients if they have kids before scheduling them and just don’t except moms as clients
They have done so much for my little boy! Love this place!!
They constantly change staff, the upfront staff is very rude and impolite, they don’t return phone calls, and they don’t make appointments when you need them.
