Poor experience from this office from me and my husband. Physicians (both residents & attending) refuse to provide routine laboratory testing at annuals, minimize patient concerns. I have had to go to urgent care for routine checks that should be provided by my PCP. Scheduled a physical, and at my appointment the resident and physician refused to complete anything more than a history and scheduled me for a second physical over 1 month out r/t pain I was currently experiencing. My husband has been dealing with an acute throat issue for a month now, the students and Dr in charge refuse to treat until labs and diagnostic testing was done, all testing has been done for over a week now and we've called and left messages re his ongoing issue and pain. NO CALLBACK AND NO TREATMENT STILL. Theyre girls up front are nice but the physicians are horrible. We are transferring care. I wouldn't sent my worst enemy there. Absolutely shameful
These guys are awful sure hope they get better when they become real doctors, because what they show now is very unprofessional. They don't follow up on anything and make serious mistakes. Find a real primary doctor leave these guys alone unless your desperate
Great staff all around
Amazing doctors and staff! Especially Lindsey the phlebotomist! I went in for blood work. Nervous because my veins are terrible. I ALWAYS end up getting stuck at least 3 times......She was able to draw my blood on the first try immediately and with no pain whatsoever. I was shocked. This is a great practice!!!
