I've been here twice and had a terrible experience each time. The first time I got misdiagnosed. Thank goodness I have a Quest Diagnostic profile and saw my results, otherwise I would've been treated for the wrong thing. As it was, I called back several times to try and get in touch with my provider, but no one returned my call. Finally, the after-hours doctor reviewed my results and prescribed the right treatment. The doctor is absolutely lovely and so compassionate and non judgemental. Ready to listen and help. The biggest problem is waiting months and months and months and months and months and ...... you get it..... it's absolutely insane to have to wait to receive care especially for elderly patients. If you call you are advised to go to ER or Urgent care. That is unacceptable in my eyes. I might as well use the ER for primary care services then. It's not for that though. Sometimes they're all on point. Other times they make no sense. For example, my breast exam went fine by Dr heinz. I had an issue with the antibiotics I was given. Gave me thrush. Got a call from the nurse saying the Dr said it's impossible to get thrush from antibiotics....yeah okay
I personally dropped off my medical records two weeks before Thanksgiving in hopes to make an appointment for prenatal care. Months later (1/21/25) I called to check on the progress because I still haven’t received a phone call back to schedule an appointment and I was told they couldn’t find my paperwork! Mind you I’ve been making weekly phone calls checking on the progress, why not just tell me my paperwork was missed placed weeks ago instead of stringing me along!
