I have been playing phone tag with the nurses for THREE WEEKS to get my test results. Every time I called back it went either to voicemail (during their posted business hours), or the receptionist told me the nurse was busy. She didn’t give me the option to hold or wait, just told me she’d call me back, then never did. Seems I’m more likely to get a response from Nuvance on a Google review than as a patient on the phone.

Can’t say enough terrible things about my experience at this place. From the time I found out I was pregnant to postpartum, my experience has been nothing but terrible. The lack of communication between staff, the lack of due diligence and calling back literally at all. Something could be seriously wrong and they’ll claim they’ll get back to you when they find you an appointment just to not hear anything back until you have to call again.

I was very frustrated with the Nuvance OBGYN practice at first because it took so long to get an initial appointment when we first moved here and because they didn't have me come in for an appointment/any kind of follow up after my two miscarriages. I felt very on my own through that experience, and wish they would bring women in if nothing then at least to check on their mental well being. Ridiculous my girlfriend is 2 1/2 months and needed to set up an ultra sound because she is prone to miscarriages this is the longest she’s been pregnant and for that I’m ecstatic, she reiterated when making her appointment that she needs the closest appointment and they told her October 3rd she said okay halfway through intake it turned into October 1st she said okay she didn’t mind bc it was a closer date and safer she could be later on we were sitting there talking and she asked if I remembered them even saying a time, I ... read more
