This is for the primary Pediatrics at the mall through Nuvance !! We had No choice but to switch to them when Optum stopped taking our health insurance. Been going now since December and I’m Pretty upset that they won’t refills my sons medicine after Hours because it’s a controlled substance. Yet Optum used to do it all the time For us .so now my 8 yr old son has to suffer through the weekend until the office opens . We go to the primary care location at the mall for our child and by the time you get done it’s about a 2 hour visit. It takes about 20-30 mins to get called in. After the nurse takes vitals you’re in the room waiting for the doctor for a good 45 mins. EVERY SINGLE TIME. The doctors are nice though.
They don’t answer the phone. Been trying for 2 days. How are you supposed to see a doctor!! Very poor patient care.
