Negative zero stars! I've been in the medical field for many years and by far the worst of the worst. The only decent Dr. In this practice is Dr. Isabell. My son 33 years old came home scared to death because of your half-wit nurse practitioner and the crap she put into his head. Not come back for a recheck, or lifestyle change, push those pills. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star, unfortunately it’s a requirement to leave a review. I’ll be there Tuesday to formally tell this office about themselves and the damage they have done. I’ll also be contacting a lawyer for negligence. Avoid this “women focused” sham of a practice at all costs. Thankfully the ER was more focused on the life of a female than this office was.
No one answers the phone in the Kingston Plaza office. Impossible to get an appointment!
To the clients who gave Nuvance a bad review. You are all WRONG! I am a new patient and from what I see is Madelyn Smith seems to be an awesome Doctor! She addresses your concerns and listens to you to give you the best possible care I believe I have an excellent future with Nuvance Health! To me as a patient, that is an excellent professional way to do business taking care of her clients!
