Quest Diagnostics is satisfactory. The first impression at the front desk is a feeling of "no one was in charge." There was a lack of professionalism from the waiting room side. However, once inside the techs were very pleasant and professional as they drew your blood. Will return to this location in the future.
lab having blood drawn sometimes isnt fun but these people are very careful at what they do they made sure that you are comfortable make sure that everything in place so they only have to draw the blood once and get it all done the staff were all trained very well and were very much on the people being happy as well as doing a wonderful good

Good Doc! Dr. Hamoudi is very thorough and friendly. I rarely wait when I go to see her, and, she takes her time with you so you don't feel rushed. I recommend her. (:
Good but busy I have used the Quest location on Commerce Drive for about 5 years. Their service is good but they have gotten steadily more busy over time. I recommend that you get an appointment rather than walking in and waiting. Not having to schedule an appointment used to be their big advantage. They have always gotten the test results to my physician on time and, as far as I know, have not made any errors or lost any specimens. I recommend Quest.
Good Draw I have labs drawn on a weekly basis and have found Quest and all of their employees to be very good at what they do. I have not had a bad draw experience with any of them. This is never a fun thing to do and it makes a difference when the staff is good at their job.
