This place has caused me so much stress. I've been trying to get my daughter a therapist appointment for the last couple months. Everytime she has an appointment QCI either doesn't send the link in time and tells us we have to reschedule or just don't show up at all. How cam you get help if the people in the office aren't doing their jobs

Called up there to confirm an appointment because they had not called. The intake person doesn’t even work there anymore. I’m in the middle of speaking and she cuts me off and puts me on hold twice. Also corrected me after I stated something SHE said. I myself am in the behavioral field and this was unacceptable and rude. I asked for a doctors note and she said since she wasn’t seen she doesn’t know and will ask. This is YOUR mess up. It’s not hard to write a note when YOUR office messed up. I was recommend by another doctor that was horrible to me to QCI since I been at QCI I have been so happy and feeling much better I would recommend QCI to anyone.
