"I can't recommend my hygienist Kerri enough and Dr Chen and the rest of his staff. They consistently provide exceptional dental care in a comfortable and friendly environment. Kerri is incredibly thorough and gentle during cleanings, always explaining each step clearly and outlining any issues that can easily be prevented and how to combat those issues allowing you to take better care of your teeth at home TY.

I called regarding becoming a new client only to be told I had called the wrong department, instead of assisting me, the lady ( Miranda or Miriam) I don't know if the name was correct, she rudely reassured me I called the wrong department. I wouldn't want to have to see these people in person if the customer service can't even accept a phone call without being rude and treating people this way, especially after calling the number that was listed on the building ( both clinics are in the same building) make sure to call the p... read more
