RecommendedThere are very few physicians that are considered experts in PANDAS/PANS, and even fewer that accept health insurance. Dr. Voss is an expert who methodically finds the source of the symptoms to determine the appropriate treatment.
Excellent care. Wonderful family doctor who listens to his patients and thinks inside and outside the box.
The office is nice and new, but the wait time is terrible even though there's not a lot of patients. Dr. Voss doesn't seem to review his notes before coming into the room so be prepared to give him your history every time. Plus he's always trying to get you to come back for a "follow-up" even when it's not needed. Maybe since he just started a new clinic he really needs $$$. It's very uncomfortable.
My son and I had the best experience with Dr. Voss at Health Plus Clinic in Lehi!!! He took a very stressful appointment and put everyone at ease and handled all our concern. When we talk about treatment options we told him we were interested in natural methods and he gave us detailed option for both natural/home remedies and medical options. He spend 30 minutes with us and never made us feel rush. It was as if we were his only patience. We left feeling very happy and looking forward to our next appointment!!!
Listen may sound so simple but lately is so hard to find until you meet the staff at Health Plus Clinic. Dr. Voss sincerely looks for the cure and shows sincere interest. He really listens to the concerns you have, and specially takes the time to examine you instead of only reading the test results unlike my previous doctor who just look at the lab results, prescribe medicine and done… next. For the first time, I feel heard and that my questions aren't downplayed. Dr. Voss provides great explanations to what is going on and helps the patient best by offering several treatment options, after finding out what the patient feels best about and understands.
