In 2013, I had a serious motorcycle accident and my road to recovery has been really good. I rely on the Health Plus team to help me rehabilitate my muscle strength, range of motion and keep me on track to healthier eating! I also work in IT, which is a stressful downtown job, and Dr. Rob helps me to keep my issues with cervical spine and shoulder issues at bay! From personal training and chiropractic adjustments to massage therapy, Health Plus is my weekly "spa day" must-have!
Dr. Rob has helped me so much! I had ,what seem to me, as terrible neck problems, limited range of motion, pain, trouble sleeping. After consulting with Rob and having a couple of adjustments and some wonderful therapeutic massages with Sara, my neck problems are so much better and now I have started back into weight and fitness training. After 6 sessions with Dr. Rob, I have increased my self confidence and look and feel wonderful! Not only is he a great doctor, but his training is top notch! Dr. Rob has been instrumental in my football career, since high school he has been not only there to help with every chiropractic need, but his support, encouragement, and motivation has led to a intentional relationship as I've journeyed through the NFL.
