Terrible Service and misleading promises, I was contacted by Linda N. a year or more ago, I was told by her that if any problems or concerns i may have to contact her immediately . She sold me very good insurance plan. But!! after the second week her voice mail full and no response then she says she tried to call me , she did not. She also assured me she knew all the big wigs of local health providers and would help with copay's etc. she did not!
