The care and professionalism exhibited by Betsey and Cindy at this practice are outstanding. We've been patients for over 9 years and the care and the ptractice only gets better every year. The entire staff - from scheduling to billing gets behind the Dentists and makes each experience so very pleasant. I continue to refer patients to the practice because i value their continued service to the community.
I have been going to see Darien and Dr. haines for many years now myself, but this time it was my 2 year old sons turn. It was his very first visit to the dentist, and I can't get over how well it went. My sometimes shy little man was nervous when we first arrived. Great laughs come with the territory when you work with Dr. Haines and Cindy. He's done 2,800 jumps from a plane, once landing in a nudist colony in California. My faVorite dental team, ever! And a lovely staff and a free apple. Who could ask for more?
Staff is always friendly and professional. Service goes above and beyond expectations by providing detailed explanations of each step of the process. They offer great suggestions on how to manage your gums and teeth at home as well. Very clean, helpful, and efficient establishment. A+

I called at 11 am with some tooth discomfort and asked for an appointment asap. They responded right away and had me come in at 4pm that same day. The whole staff is very welcoming, warm, and accommodating. They always ask if there's anything more they could do. My care was prompt, on time, professional, thorough. I would highly recommend this practice, especially Dr. Haines. His funny bedside manner takes any worries or stress away about "visiting the dentist" or dealing with pain.
