My cleaning (periodontal) with Darian and my check-up with Dr. Haines were excellent. I have been a patient for 21 years.
These two are the best and a joy to have as health care providers. Cindy, oral hygienist, is a delight, smart, efficient and thorough. I actually have fun every time I see her. She does a fantastic job every time! Highly recommend!! Dr Zach is a wonderful dentist! He is responsive to questions and concerns, thorough, science based and has a great sense of humor. Doctor Haines was thorough with x-rays, comparison of x-rays and visual observation and even photography! He explained what he was doing and seeing. I am very pleased with my first visit with Doctor Haines.
I had a dental appointment on 7/29 for my 6-month preventive care. I found the check-in procedure very quick and the waiting area relaxing. Mask were required when entering the building but that is not a problem for me. Paula was my care provider and as always she is a very pleasant, professional person. I was finished in one hour.
Darian, Suzi and Dr. Haines were incredible! Professional, courteous, friendly, and most especially thorough and gentle. I moved to Cville 8 years ago but continued with my former dentist whose practice was one hour away until now. I wish I had made the switch years ago! All the office staff was a pleasure.
Great visit, wonderful care and service. Dr Haines and Cindy are wonderful.
Cynthia is an excellent hygienist, thorough, no pain, knowledgeable, and fun.
