I paid off over $7000 in medical bills at the end of 2025 and HPS has still taken out $662 in payments on a $0 balance. I have contacted them multiple times and am told they are refunding my money. I heard that about the first $331 about a month ago and nothing yet. Now the other $331 who knows when anything will happen with that. I will never set up a payment plan with them again. They will get paid when I feel like paying them now
I have gotten so many mystery bills from this company and had fallen way behind on what I actually owed due to their severely unorganized system!! I was paying them almost $250/month for at least 3 years straight and was assuming that the money was being applied to the oldest (closest to going to collections) accounts, but it was not! They always sounded so unsure on where the money was going when I asked them that I would almost expect there is some sort of fraud being done within this company, and never got a straight answ... read more
We kept receiving bills from the provider HPS made a phone call to resolve the situation and got back to me with an answer

I have had the opportunity to work with LaTosha twice recently. First, she assisted me in setting up a payment plan and confirmed that the bank information was correct. Second, she assisted my husband and I find colorectal surgeons are in our insurance plan. It has truly been a pleasure and hope to work with her again in the future.
