I have had the opportunity to work with LaTosha twice recently. First, she assisted me in setting up a payment plan and confirmed that the bank information was correct. Second, she assisted my husband and I find colorectal surgeons are in our insurance plan. It has truly been a pleasure and hope to work with her again in the future.
I had a great experience. Javett helped me a lot, and I recommend working with trying to get a payment up and running. Javett has great interpersonal skills and I recommend talking to her anytime! HPS!
The customer service rep I had, Rochelle was amazing!!! She was very polite, professional and took her time explaining things step by step to make sure I understood everything. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time especially from HPS who I haven’t always cared for in the past. The company overall, I give 4 stars but Rochelle, I’d give 10 stars if I could. Thank you, Rochelle!
