Very good experience well done by the HPS team
HPS has been awful to work with and hope I don't have to deal with them again in the future. My medical insurance is through Consociate but the company has a relationship with HPS - I've had no direct contact with them until a bill was due and then they started contacting me weekly like a collections agency. Each time a new person reaches out they want my personal information but will refuse to confirm they are linked to my insurance company, nor will they tell me DOS and if the bill is accurate based on my claims/EOB statem... read more
I was left with about $12,000 in out of pocket medical bills over a two year period because of HPS. In one incident, they refused to cover my daughter's broken arm expenses because they claim they didn't know how it happened, but never made me aware that they needed this info. Then when I found out it wasn't covered, they said it was too late to provide the cause for the incident. Basically, there is always a reason they don't pay the claims.
