Person I spoke with was very personable and informative. Explained things well
HPS needs to resolve my case, I have been in contact with HPS since 11/2025 trying to get my claims/bills adjusted after I learned they were billing most of my claims from last year as tho I had secondary insurance. I kept receiving bills directly from my doctor's offices but disregarded them as HPS said not to pay them or they will mess up the adjustments on their end. These people are ridiculous. I was never told about this HPS and paying my own medical bills and co pay was asked and then apparently they are saying they were paying it. So um im suppose to pay it twice! No way so now you’re going after me for money. What a joke of a company. How can you be paying my co pay when I was already doing it?
Watch it if you have a monthly payment plan and accrue more debt they increase your monthly payment based on balance, but will not reduce when your balance has diminished unless you fill out income status forms!! That's what are health care systems are about these days sucking every drop from the working class!! If they expect more monthly on a large bill they should give the same respect to paying customer when the bill is diminished!
