TRASH! Absolutely unacceptable. I called to set up a payment plan and change my payment method. Instead, the representative accidentally withdrew my entire bill (a bill for the birth of a child nonetheless) from my checking account—an amount I never authorized. It has now been two weeks, and I still have not received my money back. You actually get to talk to a person without having to go though multiple (please hit 4 now 5 and 6). Fast and friendly and for the first time since going through cancer a non stressful / anxiety filled experience.
