The customer service rep I had, Rochelle was amazing!!! She was very polite, professional and took her time explaining things step by step to make sure I understood everything. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time especially from HPS who I haven’t always cared for in the past. The company overall, I give 4 stars but Rochelle, I’d give 10 stars if I could. Thank you, Rochelle!
Candice went way, way above and beyond to help me. To say that I am grateful is an understatement.. Candice actually listened to me, understood the desperate and hopeless situation I was in and took action. She could have done what so many other representatives have done and simply told me who needed to help me, but she didn't.
