This place is derelict in their medical responsibilities. They call themselves an urgent care and have a doctor there but have refused treatment to both of my children now. The first time to my daughter who was bleeding profusely from her forehead when she was 2 and today, my son who scratched his eye trying to put on a pair of sunglasses. We’re insured with BCBS and should not have been turned away. Shame on the pavilion. Wait times are always extremely long whenever I come here and doctors are hesitant to prescribe.
Beware only one provider and they hide wait times. Will be several hours no matter when you go. There was always two providers until recently. Cape Fear blames covid but they are trying to save money. Typical Cape Fear!
Wonderful first experience! They will not claim themselves as an urgent care so they will assess if they can help you or not when you arrive and they will not give an estimate of a wait time, However the wait to be seen and fully assessed during mid morning was less than an hour when other urgent cares nearby were already over 4 hours for a walk in wait time.
