Horrible care, communication, & no sense in teamwork or leadership with this organization. If you care about your family member being taken care of DO NOT GO WITH THEM! The director of nursing here specifically will beat around the bush, take no accountability for the actions of her staff & has no customer service skills.
Almost killed my family member multiple times. Prevented family member to receive a protective med they were previously prescribed and they are now facing life or death due to the lack of care. If your loved one is alive and happy, they will push medication that will overdose them. “Comfort” is not drugging and overdosing someone into oblivion, especially when the loved one says they don’t need it.
