Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment with Dr. Jameela Ameen for an important visit to discuss my blood test results, but they made me see someone else and said I don’t have a booking, even though it’s confirmed in the app. My doctor was there, so I don’t understand why I was asked to come back after a month when my appointment was today and I have proof. omg i cannot recommend this place enough. they are the most efficient, kind, and knowledgeable health care professionals i have ever been seen by. i acquired a new patient appointment within a week, qualified for sliding scale copayment which made it so affordable, the most affordable healthcare i’ve ever experienced, even when i had insurance. every staff members bedside manner was kind and caring, and i felt so so comfortable the entire time. my doctor listened to me, really listened to everything i had to say, which as a ... read more
Efficient, kind, quick. Parking available in garage south of clinic.
Its 6/23/2025. Called to set up an appointment with a new primary care physician. Soonest they can get me in is MARCH OF NEXT YEAR. 9 MONTHS!? God forbid we have free public healthcare. Wouldn't it be a shame to have to wait in line to see a doctor? GOOD LORD!
I been calling for days and I wait for more than 30 min on the phone and they NEVER answer!
