TLDR: The management here (Deana Amend) is unorganized and sets her employees up to fail with inadequate training which leaves me (the patient) with grossly inadequate medical care. I scheduled an appointment here and the nurse practitioner I was supposed to see, Stevie Gabaldon, "forgot to come into work today so she is running about two hours late" according to the front desk. Elizabeth Knight FNP is incredibly thorough and empathetic. She takes the time to listen to all my concerns without ever making me feel rushed. Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment with Dr. Jameela Ameen for an important visit to discuss my blood test results, but they made me see someone else and said I don’t have a booking, even though it’s confirmed in the app. My doctor was there, so I don’t understand why I was asked to come back after a month when my appointment was today and I have proof. omg i cannot recommend this place enough. they are the most efficient, kind, and knowledgeable health care professionals i have ever been seen by. i acquired a new patient appointment within a week, qualified for sliding scale copayment which made it so affordable, the most affordable healthcare i’ve ever experienced, even when i had insurance. every staff members bedside manner was kind and caring, and i felt so so comfortable the entire time. my doctor listened to me, really listened to everything i had to say, which as a ... read more
