Linda was amazing with my blood draw. The other lady who was there too, was also so awesome. Very welcoming place made the experience great! Definitely recommend to come here for blood draws.
The lab technician who assisted me today was very unkind in her approach. Her demeanor felt unnecessarily harsh, and I believe kindness and professionalism should always be practiced—especially in healthcare settings. She may claim the issue was due to missing lab paperwork, but that was not the case. For comparison, when I had my labs done at WellSpan, the staff were incredibly kind and respectful. the staff is great and very good at what they do. but why would you only have one person working on a Saturday?? There is a 8 person deep line.
