First time here and horrible experience. Im handicapped and use a walker. The doors to get in are extremely heavy to open no one to help open. Get in, no wait time. Called my name, phlebotomist opened the door, they couldn't even open the door all the way for me to even get in with my walker. So again I had to pull the door open further for me to get in. I highly recommend HNL Labs in Chambersburg, PA. I have been going there for a couple of years. Staff is friendly and caring and is always ready to answer any questions you may have.
The wait time may have been short but the phlebotomist I had was incredibly rude and unkind. Her demeanor was cold and harsh. She gave me all types of crap about the paperwork having different addresses when it was the paper I received from hospital. She grumbled about having to update my info & when doing my blood draw was very rough. This was my first and probably last time getting labs done here. Wellspan lab has always been super kind and gentle. I’d name her if she had been friendly enough to introduce herself.
Great service at an even better price. Not having insurance, HNL is a life saver.
