The wait time may have been short but the phlebotomist I had was incredibly rude and unkind. Her demeanor was cold and harsh. She gave me all types of crap about the paperwork having different addresses when it was the paper I received from hospital. She grumbled about having to update my info & when doing my blood draw was very rough. This was my first and probably last time getting labs done here. Wellspan lab has always been super kind and gentle. I’d name her if she had been friendly enough to introduce herself.
Great service at an even better price. Not having insurance, HNL is a life saver.
the staff is great and very good at what they do. but why would you only have one person working on a Saturday?? There is a 8 person deep line. Also, teach them some customer service. They are always angry.
Very convenient location, wait time short. Facility clean and phlebotomist professional and skilled. Prices more reasonable than other labs around, even for those who want to pay in cash. One of the labs I recommend to my patients to go for labs especially for those with cost/insurance limitations.
Very professional and they know what they're doing. The lady that did my blood work was amazing.
