For over a year I have tried to get them to send my mail to the mailing address that I listed, which is a P.O. Box. They are still sending it to my street address. I am often away, so my health information sits in an unlocked box along with several others on the street. I will be changing companies.
Employees do not make effort to pronounce customers name correctly. Do not identify themselves properly. Poorly trained.. Told not to call and they still do.
