Like another reviewer, I have a contact person Nancy Moreno,who is evidently in NJ, and have emailed or called her every couple of months to be told that a local rep - in Texas - will contact us back so that our monitors (that have been sitting in boxes for over a year) can be installed. We’re still waiting. I have the customer service number so no need to reply to this post with that info.

Waiting since March for someone to contact us regarding loading office information onto the Health Monitor in our office. Per our Sales Rep, a Manager or someone from the "Personalization Department" would contact us. Its been three months, and all we are getting is the run around.
