Like another reviewer, I have a contact person Nancy Moreno,who is evidently in NJ, and have emailed or called her every couple of months to be told that a local rep - in Texas - will contact us back so that our monitors (that have been sitting in boxes for over a year) can be installed. We’re still waiting. I have the customer service number so no need to reply to this post with that info.
