Very bad experience with their front desk. My daugther went there today to ask the receiptionist that she is in. However she might not hear clearly since she is only 12 years old and wait there for half an hour until I rush to there from work. I ask again, and have been told she asked the wrong person, that's for dentise appointment. However if you see a school age young gril with an elderly wating for half an hour, can someone please kindly ask them to offer assistance rather than wait for half an hour. Absolutely amazing doctors here, but some of the staff at reception have ZERO customer service skills, with sometimes I feel like a racial stereotype on how to talk to who!!

The doctors, nurses, and staff were incredibly kind, professional, and caring The hospital was clean, well-organized, and I received excellent treatment Thank you for making a difficult time much easier Highly recommended!
