Special thanks to the caring and helpful receptionist and Dr Linda Wang’s kindness to take on one more patient on the fully booked late Friday afternoon. My husband was in severe pain barely walk and trembling at the time, thanks to the 1Health Medical centre team professional and passionate treatment❤️
Been going here for years, and bringing my disabled mother to a specific doctor we felt comfortable with. Today was told that the doctor in question only works 2 days a week and is booked out for TWO WHOLE MONTHS. Completely unprofessional and unfair practice to allow such an excessive wait time for a SINGLE general practitioner. Avoid this place of managerial incompetence.

I’m really disappointed with 1Health Medical Centre. Over the years, I went there because it was convenient and used to bulk bill. However, their approach has become increasingly sneaky. A few visits ago, I wasn’t charged. The following visit, I also wasn’t charged initially, but later received a call asking for payment because I had unknowingly seen a different doctor.
