Receptionist is rubbish
Dr Sathar was excellent and very caring. I had literally seen 5 GPs prior to Dr Sathar, none of whom could propose a decent plan of action with respect to a strange lump my daughter had above her eyebrow (and one of whom had recklessly said he could take it out "right now", and without even knowing what it was). Dr Arushi Madan is professional and helpful. The online booking system is effective. No extended waiting time in my recent visits.
Special thanks to the caring and helpful receptionist and Dr Linda Wang’s kindness to take on one more patient on the fully booked late Friday afternoon.
