I was sent here for a Covid-19 test, something I felt was rather important. After waiting 3-days for my scheduled time, I walked in and stood at the counter as another customer was waited on. After maybe 5-minutes, a lady in the back interrupts her phone call to ask what I need. I say I am there for a Covid test, she says "We are out of supplies" and goes back to her call. That's it. The lack of professionalism, the lack of effort, the lack of common courtesy and the poor attitude earn exactly One Star.
