If I could give negative stars, I would. I started this relationship with Ms. Adams on 6-19-19. It began with the understanding that my fiancé is bi-polar and manic depressive. Without insurance he would not be able to continue his therapy or medication that requires monthly blood draws to ensure his lithium limits don't kill him. This is quite literally a life and death situation. This was clearly expressed to Ms. Adams. The staff here are incredibly knowledgeable, competent, professional, and personable! I have utilized Justina's and Annabel's expertise three times in the last year, and each time they assisted me with getting the a health insurance plan that best served my needs while also saving me as much money as possible. Appointments are easy to schedule, the office is incredibly clean, and there is always plenty of parking.
