Robert absolutely lied to me through out the entire sale. Told me several times that I was buying the cpap machine outright for $800. I asked over and over about my insurance paying for it and he just kept repeating that my deductible was not met. I later called my insurance and there is no deductible involved with it. They are charging my insurance rental for a machine I supposedly bought outright. I paid $800 for a $400 dollar machine and now my insurance is paying rent on it. My CPAP equipment keeps getting shipped to the wrong address. This has happened 3 times in a row despite providing them with my correct address every single time. I have even warned them every time that my address exists in another zip code and to please ship to my correct zip code. Once again, my equipment was shipped to the wrong address. I just paid nearly $400 for my equipment, and now I do not have it. I spoke with Emma over the phone and she suggested I drive 40 minutes to where my equipment was shipped and pick it up.... read more
