I came in to pick up my medical records. Simple, right? Not so! They made a lengthy speech about how, since my legal gender had changed between my first and second appointments, they could not release my records unless I put my deadname in the signature field??? I tried to ask questions but was told "I don't have to answer that" until finally they gave me my records anyway, without my deadname in my signature. I’ve been seeing Nicole for a while now, and she’s truly amazing. She’s such a great listener, and I never feel judged when I talk to her. Nicole creates a safe and supportive space where I can be completely honest about what I’m going through. She also gives me practical tools and strategies that really help me take care of my mental health outside of our sessions. I’m so grateful to have found her and can’t recommend her enough!

I have been battered into homelessness by my ex and as soon as I found housing, he tracked me down and broke my son’s skull, leaving him hospitalized with permanent brain damage. I was referred here by my child’s counselor. We wanted to test for autism and we were referred to see Benjamin. Benjamin was a pleasure to work with for the most part. The interaction with the young lady upfront… by my third visit I had her thaw out some and be nicer. But I’ll say I was turned off by my first interactions with her. Short with me and kinda rude.
