Reception doesn't listen and is difficulty to communicate with, also makes it feel impossible to get an appointment. It's a shame because the doctors are good
Worst place. My doctor might think he is a prince that could only be seek in his decisions and rules and not when we actually need a doctors consultation. Jay Gueddes. Trying to see him for more than a year and haven't be able to be attend by the mister.
The doctors are fantastic but receptionists are garbage. This post was from 4 years ago and still stands true.
Years ago this office was amazing, I’m not sure what’s happened with our healthcare but this office has gone downhill. The one receptionist is so rude, over the phone and in person! I was marked as a no show and waited 45 mins to see the dr even though I checked in with the receptionist. My Dr is always rushing me, always tells me “we’re not talking about that today” even though I wait WEEKS to get an appt with him! There’s absolutely no compassion with this clinic!
