Worst experience ever,Rescheduled over a 5-min accident delay, despite my call ahead. Zero flexibility or customer care for an unavoidable situation. Unacceptable service. Worst Doctor and receptionist ever, never met someone who doesn't value patient time , inspite of informing ahead,who are also taking permission from work and reaching the appointment time. Dr. Smith is an exceptional physician who truly deserves recognition. He is incredibly sharp, focused, and kind. Even at the end of a long day, he took the time to listen to all my concerns without rushing. While specialists had previously overlooked my issues, Dr. Smith stayed attentive and put me on the right path to a diagnosis. The office staff are also very professional and helpful.
Dr. Nicole Carpe is a truly wonderful and caring physician. She has helped me in more ways than she will ever know, providing support and guidance when I needed it most. She is an incredible listener who never rushes; she takes the time to explain every diagnosis clearly and always follows up to see how I’m doing. She has been wonderful with my entire family, and we feel so fortunate to be in her care. Highly recommend!
Dr Pengelly is the best doctor I have ever had, she genuinely cares about her patients and is brilliant at what she does. Just by asking me simple questions she determined I may have a stomach ulcer. She requested I get tested and sure enough she was correct. Once diagnosed she prescribed me with antibiotics to clear the issue. She also helped me to get off antidepressants in a safe manner.
