Went there on a day that was pouring rain. We were told they were not allowed to discuss our insurance inside the facility. They told us they could talk to us at the tables and chairs located outside. Since it was pouring rain that didn’t work. We have United Health Care for many years and only wanted to ask a question about our Advantage Plan.
