This location is only open once a week. And when they are open they only have capacity to see 6 people in a day. The receptionists were very kind but the nurse department is lacking. No Nurse Practitioner or Doctor onsite means they cannot do PreP and are very limited on the treatment that can be given even for those with symptoms. The experience here is very different from the Davie location. Only go here if you need basic testing.
This location has no doctor and very limited services. I waited for hours only to be told that what I needed was “out of their scope,” and I left without treatment or a resolution. I could have gone to the Davie Street location instead and received the care I needed. The receptionists were kind, helpful, and genuinely tried their best, so my negative review is not directed at them. According to site, they dont offer any of the services one would go to such a program in the first place for
Never coming back wasted my 2 hours and told me to visit again because they are booked already
