Had a terrible experience with Rachel. She is very unprofessional.
Horrible experience. I had an appointment with Rachel and I was forced to wait outside as the door was locked. As time went by she messaged me saying I’m a “no show” she did not call or message me just sent me an invoice. 0 communication was given. Clearly just wants to make money and does not care about her customers at all.
Do yourself a favour and don’t go here, Rachel needs to be fired, 0 respect, horrible service, lady’s on a power trip
