I phoned HIA yesterday (Christmas Eve) to see if they could fit my 3 1/2 year old son in as he had hurt his leg and couldn’t walk. Dr Rallings made time to see him and arranged for him to get an X-Ray immediately, and then follow up on the scans straight away as well. Then, this evening (Christmas Day), Dr Rallings phoned to check if our son was ok and if there had been any improvement in his leg today, and asked that we let him know if he doesn’t continue to improve. I could give a 0.From rude young female receptionist to being annoyed by endless text messages and mail from this practice.I have never been to such a medical practice.Do not even bother look for Gps somewhere else.
