Do not use them. The front office is completely incapable of scheduling or communicating with each other. Very unprofessional and disorganized and a complete waste of time. We answered the same questions over and over. They couldn't enter the information properly or use a calendar.

Regina was absolutely the best medical professional I have ever had. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, communicated every step of the way, and made the whole process so much easier than I could have anticipated.

I repeatedly asked for a pre-authorization request to be sent to my insurance. On the phone on June 23 and July 18, I received much push back when I requested insurance to be processed. I was told "these procedures are never covered by insurance." With some reluctance, they did agree to submit the pre-authorization. When I called on the 18th, it was confirmed they never submitted the information to insurance after my first call. I went for my appointment today and was told I would need to self-pay. I went for my first mammogram today and it was such an easy experience. I was promptly shown to the changing room where a locker and a warmed robe was provided for me to change. Beth, the mammographer, was AMAZING! She explained every step and ensured just the right amount of pressure was applied so it wasn’t painful at all!
