Emmy was excellent in calming my nerves!! I came straight from my dr.s office requesting the soonest appointment possible. She helped me access my necessary insurance info for the New Year. I am a recent widow so her support was invaluable! Her attention to details along with her timely approach would make me recommend your facility to others!
Everyone was very kind and professional. I was especially impressed by the warm, cozy gown they gave me for the X-ray — it made me feel so comfortable. What wonderful customer service!
A side from the front desk the staff, and the technician's are condescending and rude. I don't think they mean to be but it's unpleasant every time I go there. At least it's close to my doctor's.
I do not recommend this location, rude staff and very bad management careless of clients time wasting and take no responsibilities for their faults for improper scheduling.
I made an appointment a month in advance. They rescheduled me not once but twice. The second time was only a few days after the first reschedule. The new dates available did not work for me. I am now another month out.
