Stay away from Health Images locations. I am leaving this review for this location, but it applies to Health Images as a whole because I have had similar experiences across multiple locations. 1. Last-minute appointment disruption I had an appointment for an abdominal/pelvic CT scan at another Health Images location. Just a couple of hours before my appointment, I received a call informing me that their CT machine had broken down and that I needed to reschedule. Nice, communicative, and knowledgeable staff. Has inclusive sizing for the scrubs they make you wear. Not big on MRIs but they made it easy for me
Unethical Office/serviced provider . They told me they would get the correct billing code from my Doctor (preventive procedure covered at 100% per my insurance) before submitting it. They submitted it without getting for the correct code, and now their billing department will not change the code and resubmit the claim to my insurance company. So they lied to me, and now I am stuck with a bill I shouldn't have to pay.
Clean facility & nice staff. Was very nervous for my appointment, but Nicole helped me feel more at ease. And she was very understanding and patient with me as well.
This was my first experience with MRI so I was a little nervous, but I had a really good experience here. From the wonderful front desk person, Mercedes, through the check-in process, through being taken right on time, to the patience and kindness of Joslyn and Amy (the MRI techs) and then Caitlyn and Mercedes at the front desk for check out, it was just an excellent customer/patient experience from start to finish, including Amy checking in with me periodically during the MRI and also kindly letting me know how much time wa... read more
