This office cannot get anything done!!! I have been calling since APRIL and nothing has been done
Figuring how medicaid works in South Carolina took some trial and error. Wait time was about 20 min max both times I went. Not terrible compared to the Richland County WIC office. Asking to speak with an eligibility worker was the fastest and best way to get my newborn on medicaid rather than waiting and wondering when the application will be processed.
They really don't help people that need insurance you can get an ebt card but not health insurance... so sad
