If I could give no stars I truly would. The dispatch people were okay, but let me tell you how DISRESPECTFUL and INCONSIDERATE their on call staff was. Was told we would get a call back with an ETA, no call back, both myself and the hospice company called. I informed dispatch that my 7 year old son will not come into the house because the bed his grandfather passed on is still here in the living room. Finally after the 3rd call, we get a call back.
