Dr. Gabriel Pallante is hands-down the best physical therapist I have ever seen (and I have seen a lot)! He is also expert at dry needling, and he has provided me a lot of relief from my long-term chronic pain. The whole experience at the Health Hive (both with Dr. Pallante and Dr. Jordan Chan) was wonderful - from evaluation, to treatment, to maintenence, to nutritional information, and the use of balms. The Health Hive really works hard to make me healthy again! Thank you!!
Gabe and Jordan at Health Hive are fantastic professionals. They were able to detect my issue and propose suggestions of what my next steps under their care would be. They provided exercises and explanations of how I may have injured myself and how I could go about making every day changes in order to help myself. I was also able to experience the benefits of dry needling while under their care. Their office is cozy and welcoming and I look forward to seeing their business flourish!
I recently attended a lecture by Dr. Pallante on seasonal wellness and was extremely impressed. His tips and tricks for staying healthy during the colder months were practical, insightful, and easy to implement. I’ve personally adopted several of his suggestions and have already noticed a significant improvement in my overall health and energy. He really knows his stuff.
Dr Gabe is great at what he does. He is very helpful and extremely knowledgeable . If you’re in pain and haven’t been able to find relief I would definitely recommend Dr G and the Health Hive .
