Very good service, always on top of prescriptions.
Went here for a refill and was out in 5 minutes. That basically never happens for me. Every other pharmacy I've been to it's a 20 minute wait minimum and then half the time there's some insurance issue and I'm standing there even longer. Amin was the pharmacist and he actually took the time to explain the dosing properly instead of just sliding it across the counter. Dr. Al Masri, an angel in human body. Super human relations. His excellent disposition gives instant 70% healing before examining patients. He has a heart molded with Godly mercy materials. Kindly keep it up.
My doctor prescribed a specific gut medication and this pharmacy in Fallowfield had it ready right away — no back and forth, no substitutions. The receptionist was honestly great too, patient and easy to deal with instead of rushing me through. They also checked on a couple other meds I needed instead of just handing me a bag and sending me off. Best pharmacy experience I've had in Ottawa in a while.
