DR s are great so are the staff
The staff and Psychiatrist are the best.
This office has been truly amazing, Dr. Jennifer Caschetta is incredible and I'm so thankful for her. It's hard to find someone in this profession that is a good fit..Absolutely no complaints here, I've recommended this office to others which resulted in the same feedback.
From my first session all i can really say is, the person was really attentive and helpful as well as vary nice and caring.
I will say, I had an initial intake appointment with Norma Goodrich, and she was phenomenal, as was Kathy (I believe that was the name of the staff in training). Aside from my conversation with her, I can say that the way I’ve been treated has been negligible at best. I’ve been trying to schedule future appointments, and have never received a call back or had my phone call answered (I’ve always been sent to an answering machine with no call back), and I was advised by Norma that I will receive a call to schedule future appoi... read more
