Edit: I was discharged by Ashley without warning, utterly decimating any sense of self worth I had been developing and any trust I had in this institution as a safe place. 100% truth. That is how they deal with people with whom they don’t have the expertise to work.I tried my best. It’s all I could really do. Communication with the office is impossible and they lie to you. After an initial positive first visit, I needed some documentation to file with my insurance provider. The provider promised to send me the forms, but never did. Emails were ignored. Phone calls went to a offshore reception office that promised to follow-up with the provider but I never received an updates. Worst prescribers (the ‘drs’) ever. Rigid and unwilling to work with you, even when you have a doctor with whom you’ve worked and who knows what you need outside Health Haven. It’s been almost a year and [NAME REDACTED] and Mohammed (I guess it’s not his fault he was named god) Asim Nisar who “specializes” in male Issues, makes me wonder why he insists on overseeing my prescriber like a puppeteer, as I’m female.
