We feature an extensive line of vitamin and nutritional supplements plus organic and/or natural groceries, produce, meats, dairy, pet foods and cosmetics plus bulk herbs, grains and other foods including a large and growing selection of gluten free products.     Always friendly loving and encouraging staff. Yogurts and smoothies are always a treat.. reasonable prices on fresh fruits and vegitables. Loving all the fresh herbs, spices and teas.. as well as all the natural products.. great place to find a gift for you and your 👍

    I live in the Sacramento area, but have been in town frequently over the last 3 months to be with family. Happened to notice the frozen yogurt sign and was delighted! Always tasty and dad is addicted now too! (he'd never had it before!) The staff is always super friendly. I stop by every time I'm in town to get our frozen yogurt fix! So happy to see a great health food store in such a small (but lovely) town! Looking forward to exploring some of your other goodies.
