Purchased the Groupon 90 minute foot massage for $69. Called to make an appointment. No answer. No answering machine. Groupon expired. Called again to use the $69. I was told a 60-minute massage was $60. I was told I could not use the Groupon of which I paid $69 for the $60 60 minute massage, I needed to pay an additional $36 more dollars to use my Groupon because Groupon only paid them $35. So I paid $69 for nothing and they got $35 to do nothing.
It was Absolutely the best massage I've ever had!!! I had Jack & he was Awesome! I'm definitely going back!
I was so excited that I got the 90min full body deal from groupon for my anniversary, as I am preparing a call appointment, this lady who had broken English rushed me, warned me to hurry up because she has other calls. And all I asked her as a first timer I don't know if I should eat first or after. And she started giving me attitude and hung up on me. Horrible experience. Don't try & use Groupon. Workers are rude. Very dissatisfied with ENTIRE treatment. I drove 30 miles & got yelled at about my Groupon.
My therapist's name was Amy. She did an excellent job! I will definitely be going back!
I had the foot and massage Groupon coupon. It was for 90 minutes. For the entire 90 minutes, my masseuse answered the phone 11 times. So my peaceful, relaxing massage was anything but that. She left me several times to go out front, she took the calls on her phone in the room with me, while she massaged with 1 hand. I feel that I was short changed from a "zen" relaxing massage. 69.00 was alot of money to have 11 interruptions.
